STEDION · LOADCHANGE
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Your roster and rest preferences are stored on your device. Stedion has no app account, schedule uploads to the developer, advertising, analytics tracking or HealthKit access. Calendar events you enable may sync through your calendar account.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Stedion for iPhone and iPad, developed by Loadchange, and its website and support correspondence. Stedion helps adults schedule shifts, commitments and time to rest. It is not a medical service.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores entered shift and commitment titles, types, start and end times, time zones, imported source-event identifiers, rest duration, travel and wind-down preferences, confirmed rest windows, reusable roster patterns, revision history, language and setup status. Integration settings, identifiers for Stedion-created calendar events, notifications and alarms, and pending retry operations also stay on your device to update and clean up the corresponding items. The app does not require a name, email or birth date, read HealthKit or medical records, or provide a developer schedule server or in-app cross-device sync.
3. Previous habit records
When upgrading from an earlier version, original profile details, energy, sleep duration, stress, action completions, plan and saved-guide data are preserved separately. The previous journal in Settings provides viewing and free raw export. Old check-ins are not converted into measured sleep or new rest reservations. These records may reveal health information and continue to be processed only on your device.
4. Calendar permission and account sync
The app requests full system calendar access only when you choose calendar import or enable rest-calendar delivery. Import reads events in 14 days from your selected date for you to choose; selected titles, dates, time zones and source identifiers become local copies. It does not edit the source events or continuously monitor external rosters in the background. When enabled, delivery writes rest titles, start and end times, and app-ownership markers to a calendar the app manages. Your calendar account provider, such as iCloud, may sync these events to other devices according to your system settings and that provider’s policies.
5. Optional notifications and wake alarms
Rest-start notifications and rest-end alarms request separate system permission when you enable each feature. Notifications are scheduled locally without a developer push server. On iOS 26 or later, alarms use system AlarmKit. Notifications or alarms may display Stedion’s name and a general rest message on the lock screen. The app does not read or edit existing alarms in Apple’s Clock app. Disable delivery in the app or manage permissions and notification display in system Settings. Manual scheduling remains available if you decline permission.
6. Device storage and backups
The app uses system app isolation and file protection for local data. Your Apple device and backup settings control whether device backups include app data. System backup is separate from in-app cloud sync, and the developer cannot access or restore your backups. Protect your device and exported files.
7. App Store purchases
Optional Pro is an Apple-managed one-time non-consumable purchase with no recurring charge. StoreKit provides product information and verifies access or restoration. The app does not obtain payment-card details or your Apple Account password and has no developer purchase-verification server. Apple processes transactions, accounts, purchase history and refunds under its policies. Buying or restoring requires a connection.
8. Exports and sharing you initiate
Free roster and rest JSON exports include saved schedule items, preferences, patterns and revisions. Previous journal data has its own free original-data export. Pro ICS files contain current shift, commitment and rest-reservation titles, dates and times. Files are generated on your device, then shared only with a destination you select. The developer does not automatically receive them; the destination handles them under its policies. Review file contents before sharing. JSON exports cannot currently be imported back into the app; selected device-calendar import is a separate feature.
9. Deletion and permission controls
After you confirm deleting all local data in Settings, the app first attempts to remove calendar events, notifications and alarms it manages, then removes the roster, preferences, patterns, revisions and previous journal. Missing permissions or system failures show a status and retain data so cleanup can be retried. The app does not delete source calendar events, Apple purchase rights, files you saved elsewhere, external copies or system backups. The Stedion calendar container may remain to avoid deleting unrelated events you added to it. The developer has no server copy to restore.
10. This website, external links and support email
The app has no advertising, analytics SDK, advertising-identifier collection or cross-app tracking. External websites may process your IP address and request information under their own policies; the app does not attach your roster or journal. Stedion website pages do not load this site’s advertising script. Hosting provider Vercel may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser metadata and security logs to deliver the site. Necessary language or appearance preferences may be stored. If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you provide, solely to handle your request and applicable legal obligations, retaining them for as long as needed for those purposes. Avoid sending unnecessary personal schedules, health records, passwords or payment details.
11. Changes and contact
If data practices change, we will update this policy and relevant App Store disclosures. Stedion is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information for the developer. Send privacy questions or requests to access or delete support correspondence to feedback@084817.xyz. Manage data that exists only on your device through the app’s export and deletion controls.
